Are your diamonds certified conflict-free?
Yes. All diamonds are ethically sourced and meet international conflict-free standards.

Are your diamonds certified?
All of our diamonds are 100% genuine, ethically sourced, and meet strict quality standards for cut, clarity, color, and carat. Each piece is selected and approved by Silverstone & Tipton’s expert sourcing team to ensure exceptional craftsmanship and lasting brilliance.

Are your pieces made of real gold?
Yes. All jewelry is crafted in solid 14K gold — yellow, white, or two-tone. Never plated, never filled.

Why are your prices lower than traditional retail?
We believe luxury should cost an arm or a leg — but never both. By sourcing directly and skipping unnecessary markups, we offer high-end jewelry at refreshingly fair prices.

What does CTTW mean?
Carat Total Weight is the combined weight of all diamonds in a piece.

What is a pavé setting?
Tiny diamonds set closely together with minimal metal for a shimmering surface.

What is a split shank ring?
The band splits into two or more strands near the center stone, adding modern elegance.

What is a halo setting?
A circle of smaller diamonds surrounds the center stone, increasing brilliance and visual size.

What does prong setting mean?
Metal prongs hold the stone in place while allowing light to pass through — the most classic ring setting.

What is a solitaire ring?
A single center diamond on a plain band — timeless and elegant.

How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days. Orders are fulfilled by our trusted luxury logistics partners.

Can I track my order?
