✧ Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 21 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition
  • All original tags, packaging and certificates must be included
  • The item must be free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

✧ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will immediately arrange for a complimentary replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

✧ Warranty Support

Many of our fine jewelry pieces include a manufacturer-backed warranty. If you experience a defect covered under warranty, contact our team and we will coordinate repairs or replacement on your behalf. Warranty timelines and coverage vary by item.

✧ How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, simply email us at support@silverstonetipton.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A clear photo of the damage or issued (required)
  • We will provide you with return instructions within 1 business da
  • Please do not ship items without contacting us first.

✧ Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.
